In C.I.P I did a pink shirt day poster. This was  to support the bullying people who killed  their self  and kindness stuff like boomerang and colouring competition and making sandwiches  cards visit to the elderly day care centre  picking up rubbish letters of appreciation and  help people fell good about giving listening relational skills need's vs want's gratitude letters

We were making a poster about Pink Shirt Day.

Rainbow Paper

Aim: To separate colours by using the process of chromatography.

Materials

Filter paper

Water with a cup

Process:

Step 1: fold the paper 1cm 

Step 2: draw on the paper with felts

Step 3: we put water in the cup then the paper went in it

Step 4: it makes it big and colours the water

Conclusion: What have I learnt from this experiment?

We lernt that felts split into different colours. This helps forensic science and solving crimes

I was in football I did netball twice touch once. it was with rippers I ripped stuff of a tree because I did not like the sport I was in. i am not a leader because i hated the sport if i liked the sport i would be a leader

Trash Artwork CIP

Year 7 and 8 are working together to make art out of trash.  We decided to make birds or native animals related to HHS/Hornby Community.

 

I like the Pukeko as it is more colourful

We need to sort the rubbish by colour, then by shape and texture.

We have glass, plastic, cardboard, rubber and paper to recycle.

We are going to pick up rubbish from around our community.

I think that we will pick up a lot of trash that is black and white because the diet coke bottles are black and white.

I chose Hornby High School community because I like Hornby High School and I now go to this school.

Explain one idea your interested in?

Helping the homeless people by making them food. The homeless people are people that are sitting on the sidewalk with cardboard signs. I can make food such as cupcakes, cakes, sandwhiches and given them fresh water.

How do you think you will achieve this idea?

By working with my group and asking them questions. I Could also fundraise. I could also make some baking at home with my mum.
